HereSay AI is a lightweight product. This page explains what information we collect when you sign up for updates,
how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Email address (when you submit the "Get updates" form).
- Basic technical information (such as approximate request metadata like browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
- Content feedback (when you optionally like or dislike a Discovery or Summary, and any written feedback you provide).
- Memories (personal journal entries and photos you create about places). Memories are stored in your account and are private by default.
- Training opt-in data (only if you explicitly enable training on your Memories). When opted in, place-specific content from future Memories may be used to improve our models. Personal information is never shared.
How we use your information
- To send occasional product updates or launch announcements.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the signup form (e.g., rate limiting and spam prevention).
- To train and improve our AI models and content quality using your feedback ratings and comments, benefiting your experience and that of other users.
- To improve place-specific content quality using opted-in Memories (only when you have explicitly enabled training). Past Memories are never retroactively included.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your email address.
- We do not use your email for targeted advertising.
Where data is stored
Signup information and feedback data are stored securely in our backend database (Firebase/Google Cloud). Access is restricted to operate the product.
Data retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until we no longer need it for updates.
Feedback data is retained to support ongoing model training and service improvements;
you may request its deletion by contacting us.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails (when available).
- You can request deletion by emailing us here.
- You can view and edit your content feedback at any time from within the app.
