HereSay AI is designed to provide quick, location-based information and conversation starters. By using HereSay AI, you agree to the following terms.
HereSay AI provides general informational and entertainment content. The information presented should not be considered professional, legal, medical, safety, or financial advice.
Content in HereSay AI is generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information that is important before relying on it.
Insights in HereSay AI are not guarantees of truth and should not be interpreted as facts. While we make reasonable efforts to ground Insights in reputable, publicly available sources, large language models (LLMs) can still produce errors or “hallucinations.” Always verify any Insight that matters to you before relying on it.
Where available, we may display a confidence score produced by the LLM. We also apply a minimum confidence threshold and only surface Insights with a confidence score of at least 80%. This score is ultimately a best-effort estimate and not a guarantee. If you find an error or discrepancy, please let us know and we will investigate and update the Insight as appropriate.
HereSay AI allows you to provide optional feedback on Discoveries and Summaries, including "like" and "dislike" ratings and written comments explaining your reasoning. By submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree that we may use this data — including your ratings and any text you provide — to train and improve our AI models, content quality, and the overall experience for you and other users.
Feedback is stored in association with your account and the content it relates to. It is not shared publicly. You may view and edit your feedback at any time from within the app.
Users may also opt in to send their own "Memories" (journal entries about places) back to our models for training, earning themselves bonus credits in return. By opting in and contributing, users provide valuable insights to their fellow HereSay AI Explorers and help improve the experience for the entire community.
HereSay AI uses a credit-based system to access Insights (Discoveries and Summaries). Credits are non-refundable virtual currency purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. All prices are in USD and Apple’s standard in-app purchase terms apply. Credits do not expire.
Credit packs and subscriptions are available at various price points. Bulk purchases receive volume discounts. Pricing is subject to change; any changes will apply only to future purchases.
New users receive 10 trial credits upon sign-up. Trial credits can be used to view cached Insights (previously generated content from the HereSay AI community). Each cached Insight viewed costs 1 trial credit. Trial Insights may not reflect real-time information as they are served from our content cache.
During the free trial, fresh Insight generation (Summaries and Discoveries generated on demand) is not available. The server selects a random cached location for each trial request. Discovery generation is also unavailable during the trial as it requires fresh content creation.
After trial credits are exhausted, continued use requires purchasing credits or unlocking BYOK.
Users earn class bonus credits as they accumulate Insight Sparks and progress through explorer classes. If a user earns class bonuses during their free trial (before making their first purchase), those bonus credits are “banked” and held in reserve. Banked bonus credits are automatically released and added to the user’s credit balance upon their first credit purchase.
Banked bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are subject to the same terms as regular credits once released.
HereSay AI uses a cache-first content delivery model. When an Insight has been previously generated for a given location and topic, the cached version may be served instead of generating fresh content. Cached content is periodically refreshed (currently every 90 days). Users who wish to generate fresh content for a location they have already explored may choose to do so at the standard credit cost.
BYOK is an optional feature that allows users to provide their own OpenAI API key for Insight generation. BYOK requires a one-time unlock purchase ($9.99 USD at launch) and uses a separate BYOK credit balance priced at $0.10 per Insight.
BYOK credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Users are solely responsible for their own OpenAI API usage costs and the security of their API key. HereSay AI does not store API keys on its servers; keys are transmitted securely and used only for the duration of a single request.
Credit conversion policy: Users may convert their remaining BYOK credits to regular credits one time at a 2:1 ratio (for example, 50 BYOK credits become 25 regular credits). Odd BYOK balances are rounded down to the nearest even number before conversion. This conversion is irreversible and can only be performed once.
HereSay AI reserves the right to modify BYOK pricing, the conversion ratio, and feature availability at any time. Changes will apply only to future transactions.
Memories are personal journal entries you create about places you’ve explored. You retain full ownership of all content you create. Memories are private to your account and are not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share them.
You are responsible for the content of your Memories. Do not include content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these guidelines.
You may optionally choose to allow your Memories to be used to train and improve HereSay AI’s models. This feature is disabled by default and is entirely voluntary. You can enable or disable it at any time from the Settings screen.
When enabled, only Memories created after you opt in are eligible for training. Past Memories are never retroactively included. When you disable the feature, future Memories will not be used for training. Your personal information is never shared; only place-specific insights from your Memories may be used to improve the service.
If you disable training after opting in, any Memory Points you have already earned are preserved. You will stop accruing new Memory Points from the training bonus until you re-enable the feature.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
HereSay AI may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HereSay AI and its creator are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
